ToonData is an independent fan-created service. It is not an official Daybreak, DC Comics, or Warner Bros. product.

Informational use

Information provided through ToonData is offered for general informational and entertainment purposes. Character data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

No guarantees

ToonData is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Users may not use ToonData to harass other players, impersonate others, conduct automated scraping, overwhelm the service, bypass rate limits, access restricted systems, or engage in activity that violates applicable laws or Daybreak's policies.

Service availability

Zindigon may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue ToonData or any feature at any time. Features may also become unavailable if Daybreak modifies or discontinues its Census API.

Intellectual property

Zindigon owns ToonData's original website code, layout, written content, and original branding. Daybreak Game Company, DC Comics, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and their respective licensors retain ownership of their games, data, characters, artwork, names, logos, and trademarks.
