These terms cover using zindigon.com and the games, tools, and stories hosted on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Individual products may add their own additional terms (for example ToonData's own terms page); where they differ, the product-specific terms govern that product.

Who this is

Zindigon is an independent studio operated by Brandon Anderson. References to "we," "us," or "Zindigon" mean Brandon Anderson operating as Zindigon.

Using the games and tools

Games and tools on this site are provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for cheating purposes, or abuse the free lookup tools (ToonData, Builds, Zindigon League's match lookup) in a way that degrades the service for other players.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share an account, and don't create an account using false information.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features (Zindigon League Plus/Premier, and individual Bloodline Zero episodes) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Purchased Bloodline Zero episodes remain available in your library once bought. Refunds are handled case-by-case, contact us if something went wrong.

Content and ownership

Games, artwork, writing (including Bloodline Zero and its characters), and code on this site belong to Zindigon unless otherwise noted. DC Universe Online and League of Legends are trademarks of their respective owners; Zindigon's ToonData, Builds, and Zindigon League tools are unofficial, fan-made, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Daybreak Game Company, DC Comics, Warner Bros. Entertainment, or Riot Games.

No warranty

This is an independently run site. Games, tools, and stories are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We try to keep things running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses from downtime, bugs, or data loss beyond what's required by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
